The weather has been interesting this year. The last few days we have been warmer than usual, warmer means almost equal to or above freezing, and with the colder snow covered ground, we have had a lot of fog. Fog when it's below freezing temperatures is not good for anyone or anything that likes to remain upright when walking because a film of ice forms on most exposed surfaces. However, this ice, Rime Ice, when it freezes on trees creates a white layer that looks almost like snow. When this ice forms, it is stunning to view with sunshine because all of the ice coated surfaces sparkle. If you have a couple of minutes, click the button below and enjoy nature's beauty.
